Studio Azul – Workshops | Courses | Events                                                                                                                             Please reach us at hello@studioazul.ch if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We get it — life happens! While we don’t offer refunds for cancellations, you can move your booking to another date if you let us know at least 5 days before your class. After that, rescheduling isn’t possible.

If you don’t show up without telling us, your booking is considered used, and we can’t reschedule or refund — even for illness or personal emergencies.

For multi-session courses, please try to attend all classes. If you miss one, we’ll do our best to help you make it up. If you miss more than one, we can only offer a make-up for the first missed session.



Each creation is fired twice — this process can cause slight shrinking, warping, or cracking, and glaze colors may look different from test samples. We can’t offer refunds for unexpected results or breakages — it’s all part of clay’s charm!


Your workshop includes a set number of pieces. If you’d like to make more, you can — extra pieces are CHF 15 each, payable when you pick them up. We’ll only release extra pieces once they’re paid for.



Prices for classes, materials, and shipping may change from time to time.


We’ll send a text to you when your pieces are ready. Please pick them up within 6 weeks. If we don’t hear from you after a reminder, we’ll assume you no longer want them and will dispose of them. Handling and disposal fees may apply.



If you’re booking for others, you’re responsible for any payments or pickups for your group.


If you’re more than 20 minutes late without letting us know hello@studioazul.com, we may have to cancel your spot without refund or reschedule. Sessions can’t be extended to make up for lost time.



If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment or teacher illness, you can choose a full refund or move to another date.


We can ship your pieces on request (B mail, within 1–2 weeks). We pack them carefully, but can’t refund for breakage, loss, or wrong addresses. If your parcel comes back to us, re-shipping costs CHF 20.



We want Studio Azul to be a peaceful, creative space. Please keep voices low, be mindful of space, and step outside for calls. No eating, smoking, or computer work in the studio.
We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave, with no refund.


We love capturing the creativity in our studio! During classes and events, we may take photos or videos of participants to share on our website, Instagram, and Facebook.

For children under 18, we will only use photos if we have permission from a parent or guardian.

If you or your child prefer not to be photographed, just let us know before the session starts — we’ll make sure to respect your privacy.
